Specialists offices require equity with what is provided within the centralized administration suite with added attention to lighting, acoustics and comfort for specific uses.  These spaces need not be assigned but are flexible, depending on service providers needed that year.

Student leadership spaces need to be strategically placed to be easily accessibly by the student body and have the required visibility and security features to allow students to provide necessary services.

Community rooms provide a key gathering place for the school community and the neighborhood community. It's important to be easily accessible after hours either by strategic placement or by providing a separate entry to the space. The space should also be able to serve the school as a flex classroom as the student population grows.
